Board Approves Agents/Supplier Code of Ethics

Late last year, the RVAA Board of Directors approved the following Code of Ethics for Agents and Suppliers within the industry. The topics include the Sales Agency's Responsibilities to the Manufacturer/Principal, the Manufacturer's/Principal's Responsibilities to the Sales Agency, the Sales Agency's Responsibilities to the Customer and the Responsibilities of One Sales Agency to Another.
