Conference Registration Information
Step One – Register for Event:
• April 10, 2012 – Conference registration opens
Registration includes: Conference registration for attendees and spouses/guests, optional golf outing registration, Sponsorship opportunities, details on the exclusive “Product of the Year Showcase” and hotel information for the Omni Hotel Chicago
• May 1, 2012 – RVAA Annual Membership dues mailed out (option to renew online by using RVAA membership login)
• June 29, 2012 – Conference Registration closes
• July 30, 2012 - Final date to make hotel reservations at Omni Hotel Chicago with group rate
Step Two – Sign up for Appointments:
• July 3, 2012 – Information and instructions to schedule appointments will be emailed to all registrants and will include:
1. Meeting Appointment Request Form
2. Master list of RVAA Member Businesses registered for the 2012 conference
• July 23, 2012 – Meeting Appointment Request Forms DUE
• July 30, 2012 – Meeting Appointment Schedules will be e-mailed to you. Once you have received your meeting appointment schedule, you are welcome to schedule any additional appointments on your own. This is allowing an additional three weeks for you to make any changes or add appointments
Please note: RVAA Membership Dues for 2012-2013 must be paid before meeting schedules will be sent out.
