Group products for add-on sales. Group your products together to get companion sales (when two different products are put together to form one unique product) and add-on sales (by selling one product, you create the need for additional sales). Grouping is also an easy and effective way to present your products.

Encourage impulse buying. Locate your highest moving products in hot spots between eye and knee level. Display suitable products close to the cash register and behind the sales assistant to produce impulse buys. Position complimentary products together so there's a chance of multiple purchases.

Mix in freestanding floor displays. Use floor displays to focus customer attention on specials or impulse items. Place your floor displays at traffic hot spots.
